Don’t get me wrong, I love the widescreen on my Hyundai Elexio, but there’s one issue with it I think needs addressing, screen responsiveness. I tap the screen and should expect it to respond, much as I do my mobile screen, but it just doesn’t. Sometimes it is two or three taps before it actually understands I want you to load CarPlay please. That’s plain frustrating.
Perhaps it is the angle at which the driver must access that onscreen button, admittedly too far from them, as when I go to switch between Waze and Spotify when CarPlay is running this works far better.
I guess I should use voice anyway!
