Typically when I go shopping like most I’ll put something in the boot and retrieve when I get home. I’d usually hit the button on the door to close, wait and lock the car before entering the house, but today for some reason I forgot that last step and just went inside.
As I lay on my bed and opened my iPhone I checked what notifications were waiting for me. Typically it’s just the usual junk and I’d just clear, but then I noticed one from my car’s app alerting me the car remained unlocked.
Aren’t we lucky firstly to have apps for our cars that slow us to check in on them, but also modern cars that can alert us to things like this we ought to know and from the app can rectify so easily. Rather grateful as it’s also a chilly morning here today, our second minus temp in a row.
