Logging activity

As part of my novated lease, I am trying to maintain a spreadsheet as some sort of log of all transactional activity as I am uncertain what I will need to report to the tax man come tax time, particularly given Fringe Benefits Tax. I’m doing my best to ensure any expense is saved into relevant folders, and now I am thinking I may also save the file name to the spreadsheet just to ensure matching leave no ambiguity. Of course, doing all this on an iPhone 17 Pro screen isn’t the best, not really designed for spreadsheeting.
