For the first time today, I had a car towed away for repair. Though I have had two car repairs previous when I lived in Perth, I lived close by to each repairer, whilst my EVs repairer is a 2h 30m drive away in Victoria.
I have been quite happy with my insurer, Allianz, who were easy to deal with when calling to advise of the incident and then locate someone to take care of repairs.
Sadly, I may go bankrupt filling the tank of my BMW with premium diesel over the next month having worked out roughly $170/tank.
